For the United States, we provide Standard Ground Shipping, which takes between 3-7 days. 2-day shipping is available in some regions.

Thanks to our partnership with CleanHub, Suntouched is plastic-neutral. They pick up the plastic equivalent of each bottle sold from coastal villages in Southern India.
What makes this product work is a lightening blend of ingredients which includes hydrogen peroxide & natural extracts. Hydrogen peroxide along with vitamin C, citrus and pineapple work to oxidize the melanin in the hair, causing it to lighten.
Yes, it also works on dyed hair by lifting the pigment of the hair dye, resulting in lighter hues.
Good news! This is why we say that Suntouched is for your summer hair year-round: you can use a blow-dryer on low heat for 3-4 minutes to naturally lighten your hair from the comfort of your home.
We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after using Suntouched before highlighting or dying your hair. We also recommend checking in with your stylist and doing a strand test beforehand to make sure both treatments are compatible.
Returns + Canceling Orders
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means we will give you a refund if your hair doesn’t lighten as it should after using our Suntouched Hair Lightener consistently, meaning at least once a week for 1 month.
We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before starting with Suntouched & videos to make sure you’re applying it properly. $5 for shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing. You can file a claim with Route here.
