I really wanted this product to work because it seemed so simple to use. But it doesn't work at all. I used this on my daughter's hair 3 separate times, my son's hair 3 separate times, and my own hair twice, and even though I followed the directions exactly, none of our hair got any lighter. I contacted the company and all I got was a "Sorry we'll tell our team about it" type excuse. They won't give refunds and say "individual results vary", but I used it on 3 different people in my house, all with 3 different types of hair. It doesn't work. And it smells bad. Wish I hadn't wasted the money.
