Tried this four times, twice on myself and twice on my son and absolutely nothing happened. I contacted the company and all they did was apologize and say that everyone has different results. Well we had no results and I thought they might stand behind their product or offer some kind of refund or something but nope! So I cannot recommend this product unless you like throwing your money away.
After 5 post-shampoo applications I can say that my hair is lighter. Unfortunately, however, I noticed that my hair has become drier. This disappointed me a lot and forced me to stop using it.
Truly was a bit skeptical but am very impressed. Lightened gradually and have used 4 times and love the blend it gave my darker roots. Would definitely recommend
