I was a little skeptical but honestly this product works great!! I mean it’s not the same effect as the hair salon where you can chose the colour of the undertones etc. but the spray did everything I hoped - lightened my hair and it looks super natural. Really happy with the results!! Haven’t used the purple shampoo yet. (Also I forgot to use heat after spraying the first two times and then realized why it wasn’t working - need the heat!!) I’ve noticed more split ends but I think it’s because I never usually use heat on my hair and now I am.
I love this because I can do it at home easily and effectively and it looks so nice. Plus, I feel good that it’s safe!

I recently placed an order for the purple toner. Saw the transaction clear in my bank account. But have yet to see a confirmation of the order, and have not been able to pull up any tracking for my order. I have emailed and reached out on social media for assistance and have gotten no response. I was really excited to try products from this company but it's really a bummer to have not even been helped or offered a refund or any assurance that my order went through.
