How to use?
1. Spray
Spray on wet or dry hair until hair is damp with the product, comb through for an even application.
2. Heat
Bask in the sun for natural lightening, or heat hair with your blowdryer for a few minutes. Move ahead to the day’s adventures and watch as the results gradually appear in a few hours. The full results will come to life overnight. No rinsing required. Results may vary.
3. Repeat
Repeat until reaching the desired level of lightness. Wait a couple of days between each application. Enjoy your results & share them with us on IG @suntouched!

All orders ship from our international fulfillment center with tracked shipping and typically arrive within 7-15 business days of leaving the warehouse, depending on your country.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on the move, and you can check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $40 USD. For orders under $40, shipping is $6.95 USD. Shipping to Canada is free on all orders.

That's normal! International parcels often go quiet for a few days while they change carriers or clear customs. It doesn't mean your package is lost.
If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 10 days, email support@suntouched.co and we'll look into it right away.

Carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered a day or two early, or leave it somewhere unexpected. Check around entrances, your mailbox, with neighbors, and any delivery photo in your tracking link.
If it hasn't turned up within 48 hours of the delivery scan, email support@suntouched.co and we'll make it right.

Don't worry! If your payment went through, your order is safe with us. Confirmation emails sometimes land in spam or promotions folders, and occasionally a small typo in the email address at checkout sends them into the void.
Check those folders first, then email support@suntouched.co and we'll confirm your order and resend it.
Orders, Returns + Cancellations

Contact support@suntouched.co with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll check if your order is still within the cancellation or modification window. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, and once dispatched we can't make changes or cancel.

Email support@suntouched.co right away with your order number and the correct address. We can only update it before your order ships, so the sooner the better!

Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds once products have been shipped.
That said, we truly want you to see results. If you're not getting what you hoped for, email us your before and after photos plus a note on how you've been applying, and we'll share personalised tips to get you there. Since results vary based on individual hair pigment, we always recommend a strand test before your first full application.

All of our products are color-safe and free of parabens, alcohol, and harmful sulfates. We want your hair to always look and feel its best, so we only use ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run.

Our Hair Lightener uses a blend of hydrogen peroxide and natural extracts, including vitamin C, citrus, and pineapple. These ingredients work together to oxidize the melanin in your hair, causing it to lighten permanently while infusing a healthy dose of hydration.

Suntouched contains no ammonia and no persulfates — the harsh ingredients in traditional salon bleach. The active lightening ingredient is hydrogen peroxide at a gentle 3% (5-volume) strength, blended with vitamin C, citrus, and pineapple extracts. Most Sunseekers see their shade shift after 3-4 applications. For best results: fully saturate the strands you want lighter (not just a light mist), apply heat every time (sunshine or a blow-dryer until fully dry), and stay consistent, waiting a couple of days between applications.

Not at all! Warm or brassy tones are a normal stage of lightening, especially on naturally darker hair. Underlying warm pigment shows up before the lighter tones settle, and it usually softens over the next few applications.
To neutralize warmth faster, use our toning mask once or twice a week: purple for light hair, blue for dark hair.

Yes, it also works on dyed hair by lifting the pigment of the hair dye, resulting in lighter hues.

We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after using Suntouched before dyeing or highlighting your hair. Check in with your stylist and do a strand test first to make sure both treatments are compatible.
