I recently placed an order for the purple toner. Saw the transaction clear in my bank account. But have yet to see a confirmation of the order, and have not been able to pull up any tracking for my order. I have emailed and reached out on social media for assistance and have gotten no response. I was really excited to try products from this company but it's really a bummer to have not even been helped or offered a refund or any assurance that my order went through.
