Q: Do you deliver everywhere?

A: We currently ship *almost* worldwide, except to the following locations: Spanish Islands, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines.

Q: Why isn’t your shipping faster? 

A: We want to be able to offer you the best quality at affordable prices, as well as FREE standard shipping. While standard shipping is a little longer than express, we think it is an important step in lowering our carbon footprint and impact on the environment.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?

A: All orders are fulfilled the same day as order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for this tracking code to activate.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Please use 'Track Your Order' tab to keep an eye out on your package, and don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@suntouched.co for any additional help with your order. Keep in mind the tracking link takes up to 3 business days (sometimes 5 in slow periods!) to activate. You can also track your parcel by entering your tracking code into your local delivery couriers track and trace system. 

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible at support@suntouched.co and we will do our best to modify your order in time before it’s been dispatched. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we are unable to change the address or delivery destination. Due to this error unfortunately we are unable to refund the order. If this has occurred, please contact your local post office to redirect this parcel to your correct address. 

Q: Do I have to pay for customs?

A:  We’ve included the price of customs in our free shipping. If for some reason you get charged additionally upon receiving your Suntouched, please just let us know, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Q: I received a damaged bottle, what happens now?  

A: Whilst we hope this never happens, if you have received a faulty or damaged item upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@suntouched.co, and we will happily replace it. Be sure to include a photo of the bottle, as well as your order number. 

Q: My tracking shows delivered, but I have not received my package?

A: In this case, please get in touch with your local carrier immediately with your tracking number in order to file a report & have them help you locate your package. We unfortunately cannot provide refunds in these instances.
