How long does delivery take?
We do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates possible. However, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, and may vary due to high volumes of orders, unforeseen delays on the couriers, and busy holiday seasons.
Please keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines. Our US ground shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days. Our international shipping typically takes between 5-15 business days, you will receive a tracking link and be updated every step along the way.
What are the shipping costs?
We're happy to offer free tracked shipping on all orders above 50$. Shipping for orders under 50$ is 5$. In the US, we have 2-Day Express shipping available on all orders for 9$.
Will I be able to track my order?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually the next day.
Help, my address is wrong on my order!
If the address on your order is wrong, email support@suntouched.co as soon as possible, we can only adjust it if your order hasn't been shipped out. However, we can't promise anything, as all our orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address to avoid this!
My package said it was delivered, but I can't find it.

How do I cancel my order?
Contact support@suntouched.co with your order number, and we will check if the order is still within the cancellation window.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes! We do have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means we will give you a refund if your hair doesn’t lighten as it should after using our Suntouched Hair Lightener consistently, meaning at least once a week for 1 month. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before starting with Suntouched & videos to make sure you’re applying it properly. $10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

How does the Hair Lightener work?
What makes this product work is a lightening blend of ingredients which includes hydrogen peroxide & natural extracts. Hydrogen peroxide along with vitamin C, citrus and pineapple work to oxidize the melanin in the hair, causing it to lighten.
Can I use Suntouched on dyed or bleached hair?
Yes, it also works on dyed hair by lifting the pigment of the hair dye, resulting in lighter hues.
What if there’s no sun or heat where I live?
Good news! This is why we say that Suntouched is for sunkissed highlights year-round: you can use a blow-dryer on low heat for 3-4 minutes to achieve golden, beachy locks from the comfort of your home.
Can I dye my hair after using Suntouched?
We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after using Suntouched before highlighting or dying your hair. We also recommend checking in with your stylist and doing a strand test beforehand to make sure both treatments are compatible.
